The United Utopian Agalliasis of Enimero is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Queen Chloe the 1st and the parliament with a fair hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls, keen interest in outer space, and stringent health and safety legislation. The compassionate, democratic, devout population of 1.099 billion Enimerans are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The medium-sized, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Redwood. The average income tax rate is 40.5%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The strong Enimeran economy, worth 78.8 trillion solaces a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient, quite specialized black market in Information Technology, Tourism, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Basket Weaving. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 71,692 solaces, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Children's TV shows are having a gay old time, the nation's museums are real penny-pinchers, the 'Half King of Maxtopia' exhibit is the least popular amongst museum-goers, and traffic cops spend most of their work-hours calculating citizens' monthly income. Crime is totally unknown. Enimero's national animal is the lapis butterfly, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Progressive Espiscopalianism.

Enimero is ranked 269,311^th in the world and 3,997^th in The North Pacific for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 619.22 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
