The Federal Republic of Rumagna is a titanic, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Olindo Guerrini with a fair hand, and notable for its smutty television, otherworldly petting zoo, and pith helmet sales. The compassionate, hard-working, democratic population of 15.373 billion Rumagnul enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The relatively small, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ravèna. The average income tax rate is 39.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Rumagnol economy, worth a remarkable 5,817 trillion francs a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Tourism industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Retail, and Book Publishing. Average income is an amazing 378,437 francs, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.5 times as much as the poorest.

Boats straying just metres away from the shore will raise the ire of the Coast Guard, the government recently relinquished its monopoly on the mail service, the latest superhero movie features a caped rooster with adamantium claws, and Eau de Trashcan has become a wildly popular perfume. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Rumagna's national animal is the rooster, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Rumagna is ranked 1,701^st in the world and 65^th in The North Pacific for Highest Poor Incomes, with 229,907.82 Standard Monetary Units.
