As a band of about 100 horsemen begin riding towards you, the horses begin to slow down. Eventually, they horsemen seem to hop off them in chorus.
The tallest comes out from the crowd, tilting his hat forwards slightly. He begins to introduce himself. 'Hey, there! Name's Lawrence. You're, um, ah yes! You're a resident of [region][/region]! I heard your Region was featured in the newspapers. Good luck, and happy featuredness!' The rest of the crowd begins cheering.
Soon, the group hops back on their horses, and begin to ride away into the distance. One of them throws confetti in the air, and you notice that, when it falls to the ground, it seems to spell:

The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
