Ozaena fell. But our story continues, for the Legacy of Avernus is a force beyond a single region.
The Interstellar Confederacy is a criminal and terrorist entity. Ozaena has been affected by this prevaricating region. Beyond the consequences of this cowardly attack (simply a change of region from Ozaena to Palatinus), there is added anger at the slander and lies against me fabricated by my enemy.
The interstellar confederacy is the one who has liarily and untruthfully attacked our region. Not only was the attack mean, but also his attitude.
His ostentatious moral superiority (belief based on nothingness), arrogance and bullying make him an enemy.
You are not a “good guy,” you are just a bully trying to show off.
The attack suffered and the lies told about the region do not change the vision I have for Palatinus, I refuse to radicalize and become more extremist just because some fanatic hit me. Therefore, the regional ideology will remain unchanged. I don't want your hatred to make my region a hateful region.
That said, I hope (and am already working to do so) to resume contact with all old allies as soon as possible
The new region is Palatinus.
I just founded it, so for now I can only accept embassy proposals, but not propose them.

Secondly, what's the context behind this? I've been playing NS on-again and off-again for a little under two decades; I have a little bit of a familiarity with the communtiy over at FE.

This region was created in reaction to an event that happened in the FE which was pretty funny, now this region will become a station for anyone to use to invade from who has embassies with us, as well as using this as a home if you'd like to join us as well. Magic in specific is highly sought out as Autarch Mael Radec of the NAE is working on creating a new belief system and as such these types of minds are very helpful in the process. We will be working on making a lore and things like that but because I haven't actually set any of that up yet we do not have the tag "Role-player" but once I get around to it this region would essentially be a hub for any and all who wish to be tolerated no matter how "evil" they are above all else! While we are dedicated to the Helghast culture others who share beliefs that are similar in this multiverse are vital towards the restoration of earth in our timeline. (If its not already clear this nation is run by the NAE as it is my main.) I also use this for puppets so yea, any puppets can join if they wish seeing as getting WA delegate here is borderline meaningless.

We'll certainly aspire to help if we can! Helghast culture is already impressive enough by itself, but this will lead to something spicier still.
