I'd like to give away my region for free. It's empty and tagless. I have no use for it so just telegram me and I'll check in the morning or evening if anyone wants the region. I'll just make that person the successor to become governor.

Are you planning to work solo or a team:
This event is about getting candy through trivia questions about Halloween. You or your team answer questions different nation or a different team offers. You can offer questions too but it has to be related to Halloween or else you could lose candy or be ban if it happens too often. You can only offer 1 question per 30 mins to another nation or team. You can earn 10 candy for each correct answer but lose 5 candy for each wrong answer you can be in negative amount even if you don't have any candy. You can choose to work solo or with a team assembled by you and your friends or your region. There will be league placements for 3rd, 2nd, and 1st for nations playing solo and in a team (team and solo awards are separately).
If you are planning to be solo, you have to earn your candy yourself but will not have to challenge teams as their league is separate. You can only challenge 1 nation (if in the solo league) or 1 team (if in the team league) at a time if you are in this league. You can officially create a base team by asking at least 2 friends to join and determine your leader. You can officially create a regional team by asking your governor, WA Delegate, or any other officers to make a regional team for this roleplay but whoever you asked has to be the leader of the team. You or the officer can invite other nations from the same region to join the regional team. Only nations in the same region can join a regional team. Only invited nations can join a base team and has to have at least 3 nations to be a team.
