-join page=un and https://discord.gg/Vgn7mXZyXM if you didn't already
-look for regions that can benefit from our assistance, if you find one go to cgi-bin/api.cgi?region=region-name, copy nation1,nation2,etc in page=telegrams (if there are more than 8 nations, copy the first 8, then wait 2 minutes for cooldown), explain your intentions, ask for their consent (everyone should be in agreement, otherwise they can accuse us of being invaders), ask who in the region is trustworthy and active (you can appoint multiple officers, the more the better)
-after everything is clarified, take another WA member with you to endorse you to become delegate, appoint the officer(s) after the update (there's the major update at 12:00 AM EST, lasting 90 minutes, and the minor update at 12:00 PM EST lasting 60 minute, the exact time depends on the region's position in cgi-bin/api.cgi?q=regions), and return as soon as you're done.
