Guys, I would advise you to remove the WA Delegate's Executive power, as well as its border control ability, because if there is a raid, if they still have these two powers they will be able to kick whomever they like and probably establish a new governor
They were removed for that reason but the delegate may convert it to frontier so I said him to enable those powers
