If we become a frontier without first being able to secure and hold a delegate we will lose the security of being a stronghold region but will not be able to access the spawns that would be the trade-off. We should pursue other recruitment measures first, and only become a frontier if we can manage to sustain around 30 endorsements on our delegate; which seems to be the point where being a frontier becomes worthwhile.

Basically i founded the original PanAsian Union region, but i was a mean person who bullied others (and this nation got deleted). So PanAsian Union got raided and former members of PanAsian Union formed this region as a continuation to it. After truly changing as a person and maturing I successfully recovered this nation and now i’m on a redemption arc and issuing apologies to everyone i’ve hurt.
