I've been in The W0rld for a long time, joining the region around late December 2024 and at least involved even during the times of Drakonheimist, meaning I've been at least orbiting the region for a long time. Enough to watch EIE/Dengist China infiltrate the region, to watch the Tinga affairs, for MerCIA is a Furry to resign as President, and everything up to now. What Exactly Am I Writing About? I made this Bulletin as a protest to the way the cabinet works. First and foremost, I congratulate my dear friend Waldorff from winning, and that's where the problem rises. The W0rld is built in democracy and not nepotism and yet during his first term and now starting his second, ministries like Information, Innovation, and Entertainment (among others) appeared seemingly as a way to "train" other nations, but in my opinion, it's merely nepotism or more accurately speaking; Cronyism. According to Merriam-Webster, Nepotism, strictly speaking, "Is the act of granting an advantage, privilege, or job position to relatives based on family ties rather than merit or qualifications." But for my viewpoint, this translates better to Cronyism, which is the unfair practice of giving jobs, roles, or special favors to friends or personal associates instead of choosing people based on their skills (Wikipedia). And now we're in the present day, the ministry is still an entire product of cronyism bullshit, some nations, or suppose I say, "Nepo Babies", got something without asking for it. One of them are chronically inactive while the other hasn't even had his main on The W0rld for two months yet, at least one was an experienced individual, albeit he only got a consolation after losing 12 to 6 in the Presidential elections. Which is why I am vocal about the shrinking of the ministry and the full enactment of Meritocracy, that way the region can benefit without having inactive or useless individuals into office. Point 2: The Chancellery This time, we'll talk about the Chancellery, particularly Zealandia-Australasia vs Eyanfaonie. So why did I vote for Eyan? It's simple, first of all, Zealandia has a well recorded moment of throwing a tantrum after not getting what he wanted (Evidence 1 below) and being a product of nepotism (Evidence 2 below), apart from that, Eyanfaonie also has tons of political background; He was a former President of The W0rld, a multiple time VP, and he's been in the region since Page 53 of the RMB, specifically 2 years and 11 days ago.. Both candidates may have had controversies in the past, but either way, this editorial is just a product of my opinion on what's in the region right now, and is a product of my freedom of speech. But more importantly, I vote not based on "who's cooler", but who has more merit, was in the region for a long time, and who has a better history of behaviour. And this is Porus, signing off.

"Rebirth" of the Republic
After ruling for a while now, Homura Akemi had decided that it's time to reform Porustania.
Homura started by relieving Madoka of her position as Prime Minister, whilst Homura proclaimed herself the President-Protector of Porustania. Subsequently the pretitle "Quintessential" was dropped, and Porustania is now officially referred to the Fourth Sovereign Republic of Porustania. Holds on the autonomous republics were also tightened to make sure it'll be easier to stay but harder to get out of, especially for Southern Africa and France which are as valuable as large as they are.
Porustania also decided to ban alcohol, officially putting Prohibition into law with Bill #12, all remaining Goetian assets including the old Goetian castle near Warwick and the Royal Goetian Palace in Bonesborough were forcefully taken by the government, subsequently they were abandoned and turned into a museum respectively.
Finally using propaganda, Homura has kept pushing on the idea of a New Society, a utopia where Porustania has a lack of crime, has clean streets, and has waters clear enough to reflect anyone and anything, while Homura presented herself as a hero to everyone.
Meanwhile, after a nasty protest held by dissidents infront of the Presidential Palace, the Porustanian government, with help from crony Sayaka Miki, staged a fake terrorist attack on the Revolutionary Plaza at 9:23 in the morning, blowing up a fountain and making it look like Sayaka was almost shot dead, giving Homura authority to declare Martial Law.
Following Martial Law declaration, the Porustanian Republican Police was stripped and turned into a patrolling force, all whilst the Porustanian Military Police became the sole authority across Porustania excluding Homura herself. Multiple companies were closed and instead given to cronies, especially broadcasting companies.
To make themselves look good however, Homura's government started constructing more infrastructure, including hospitals and roads just to keep up the pretense that Porustania is going to be a utopia in no time.
