To create a safe place for Loyalists and the rich on Mars, The Martian Council has allocated 111.3 trillion credits to build an entirely new city on the Martian surface which will be called ‘Vice City’. This city will be a playground for the rich, the influential, and government loyalists

But of course! Is he willing to commit 10 to 100 thousand troops? To the fight against the RF?
It saddens me to say this but I think this alliance has run it's course, I cannot bring myself to say our dear region slowly die. I feel as though I have failed to keep it alive and stable. I think it is time for the IAS to perish from NationStates. It shall still exist but in a much less literal sense. I am going into exile, Dezmondia shall depart this dying husk of a region and upkeep the IAS beyond the realm of NationStates.
Goodbye friends and thank you. Perhaps one day a new IAS will return but until then I shall be in exile elswhere.
