The Golden Imperial Federation of PSIC0RPS is a massive, safe nation, ruled by King Proselyte Cyril IV with a fair hand, and remarkable for its frequent executions. The compassionate, hard-working, democratic, devout population of 1.626 billion Epsilonians enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The relatively small government prioritizes Administration, although Welfare, Law & Order, and Education are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Moscow. The average income tax rate is 11.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The strong Epsilonian economy, worth 120 trillion Epsilonian Yurions a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Information Technology. Average income is 73,778 Epsilonian Yurions, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.5 times as much as the poorest.

Newspapers are running a front-page picture of King Proselyte Cyril IV holding a crowbar and standing over a bloodied stockbroker, people wouldn't be seen dead without their guns, pocket calculators are seen as status symbols for the ostentatiously wealthy, and children complain that school food is too flavorful. Crime is totally unknown. PSIC0RPS's national animal is the Epsilonian Bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Orthodxy.

PSIC0RPS is ranked 93,900^th in the world and 1,492^nd in the South Pacific for Least Corrupt Governments, with 93.54 percentage of bribes refused.
