All of you BLEW IT OUT OF THE PARK yesterday with the highest participation rate since Reserved Powers, which we closed with a surprising 99% alignment and a stupendous 47-1 vote in the region. Well, I can assure you, Governor 
Araklus was very pleased, and promised to let me sleep on a bed tonight, so thank you all!
The ongoing vote is World Assembly Research and Innovation Organisation is a fireworks legislation, which is to say it's DA BOMB! So here's today's participation rate and reminder so we can surpass last's week's performance!

World Assembly Research and Innovation Organisation is a proposal authored by Bisofeyri World Assembly Mission, and characteristically includes a very well-written preamble, followed by a mandate that neatly sidesteps the issues of establishing powerful agencies by creating the WA Science and Innovation Foundation as a bastion of Scientific Advancement, Information Technology and cooperation. For nations trying to get rid of their Primitiveness and grow their more technically-oriented industries, perhaps Arms Manufacturing or even services like Public Education, this proposal would help achieve that.
The Proposal’s intention to aid, support, and fund scientific innovation without reservation, equally for all members, deserves your vote.
For these reasons, the Outback recommends voting FOR the at-vote General Assembly proposal, World Assembly Research and Innovation Organisation.
