As a train pulls into Podgorica Railway Station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming Featured yesterday the Montenegrin Capital City of Podgorica!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming Features yesterday the Montenegrin Capital City of Podgorica!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
