Note: Yes, East Lansing does have a train station, and yes, while East Lansing is in the Lansing Metropolitan Area, East Lansing and Lansing are 2 completely different cities with their own government etc., so this doesn't qualify Lansing for the region score upgrade. The city itself needs to have the train station in the City Proper of the city. If a city close to the city's (that the current featured region is based on has a train station and it is in the city that the current featured region is based on) metropolitan area but not the city proper, that does not count.
