Will adopt my Matrix Region Flag for the time being. It will stay in place until I replace it with one more suited to the region. This can be said about all of my other Matrix Regions (regions that accept embassy offers and have puppets parked in them, on the most part). My Oracle Regions will have a similar flag, but it is black-red chevron with white trim-bright blue (navy) as opposed to this one which is dark blue-red chevron with white trim-dark green (army).
I had to create new flags because I had bought a new computer, and transferring my old flag from the old computer made it a new flag. I decided to make two flags, one for each of my region types. Many regions will have other flags, and they will keep those.
