When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Lily!"

Also while entering the station, FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Lily!"

The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.

The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to [Insert next Featured Region].

First Class: Region with a ton of activity, this is the region's 4th or more time being featured, or I love this region so much, that if I weren't congratulating featured regions, I would most likely reside in that region for awhile, or make it my permanent region.

Class Upgrade: If a region is based on an IRL location that has a train station, the region's score will be upgraded one class.
