The People's Republic of Jinnjua is a colossal, safe nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, hatred of cheese, and devotion to social welfare. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 3.464 billion Jinns are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

The enormous, moralistic, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Welfare, and Education. The average income tax rate is 67.2%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped Jinn economy, worth 109 trillion Taels a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is dominated by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Retail, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 31,635 Taels, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Jinnjua's national animal is the Horse, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Jinnjua is ranked 107,921st in the world and 479th in The Communist Bloc for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 818.66 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
