The recent Z-virus outbreak has been successfully contained. Information is still being gathered however recent casualty reports suggest total deaths range in the billions. Despite this unfortunate truth the New Panamerican Board of Public Health and Safety has confirmed less than 1.1% of the surviving populace remains infected. Thanks to swift and coordinated intergovernmental cooperation; medical taskforces have made recent breakthroughs yielding in a vaccine being successfully synthesized. Citizens are encouraged to remain indoors until vaccine mobilization and distribution has completed.

UPDATE
1. The region is now password protected.
2. Please make it clear in any recruitment telegrams that if a new nation wishes to join they first need to submit a membership request via a return telegram.
3. A "membership request form" template will soon be added to the dispatch so you can include it in your initial telegram.
4. Once the prospective nation sends you the completed form, copy and post it to the RMB on their behalf.
5. After a short review period a regional officer will send them the password so they can join the region.
6. The password will be updated regularly in order to maintain a high Op-Sec level.
