Preamble: The Charter of The Reformed United States of America

In order to restore our Union; determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of systemic collapse, which brought forth untold horror and suffering to the populace; and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of individual persons, to the equal freedoms for all, and to establish conditions under which justice and the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of law can be maintained, and to promote social progress and better standards of life and liberty;

And to these ends

pledge to unite our strength to maintain domestic tranquility and secure the general welfare of its citizens, and to ensure by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods that armed force shall be used for the common defense, and to employ the use of technology for the promotion of economic and social advancement of the Republic;

Have resolved to combine our efforts to accomplish these aims.

Accordingly, through representatives assembled, who have exhibited their full powers to be in good and due form, have agreed to present this Charter, and do hereby ordain and establish the organization to be recognized hereon as the government of The Reformed United States of America.
