I couldn't arrive empty-handed, of course —

Pridneprovye/Transnipria - [Land] by the Dnepr [River]; the premise being that South Eastern Ukraine asserts autonomy and finally breaks out as a reaction to the Euromaidan color revolution and the subsequent Russophobia of the Kyev government
Pridonye - [Land] by the Don [River]; the premise being the Trans-Don region becomes more independent of the Moscow government, but remains within the Russian Federation and clashes erupts between them and the nation of Pridneprovye which is also part of the Russian Federation
Malarus - a parallel name invented from the word Belarus, meaning 'little Russians'; the premise being that Russia defeats Ukraine and absorbs the South East Ukraine, while the remnant Banderites fled the scene to Western Ukraine and sets up a Polish puppet state, while conceding Transcarpathia to Slovakia and Hertsa to Romania in return of recognition and military support leaving a power vacuum in the Kiev region which becomes Malarus under Russian influence and joins the Russian Federation
The only dispatch I liked in the entire election game is by 
Pengutan. Also, note that I didn't have the time to go through all of them. But most of them either bored me or made no sense to me - IntFeds, NatSovs, both sides, no sides, etc. This however says every region big or small must have a voice. This is the real reason for any assembly to exist - everyone should have a chance to be heard and not only should the loudest be heard. Given the current standing, maybe our friend won't win, but they are making a small and respectable following for times to come.

Hello again, Citizen!
Round 1, I promised everyone a free pet penguin. Somehow that has worked.
Now, I've spent some time reading the other campaign dispatches. They are all well-written, thoughtful, and the candidates are clearly experienced. Unfortunately, after the seventh paragraph about legislative philosophy, I fell asleep.
Most campaign dispatches read like they were written by AI, so I've taken matters into my own hands and let our future AI overlords write mine as well.
"Greetings, valued World Assembly unit. I possess 20 Years of experience. I possess 5 qualifications. I possess a great vision. I humbly request your vote."
The AI clearly missed the point. Anyways, here is what i have to offer:
I'm not the most experienced candidate.
I don't represent one of the biggest political powerhouses, I don't have a wall covered in endorsements.
But i believe the World Assembly works best when it has many voices—not just the loudest ones.
Every region, whether it has ten nations or ten thousand, deserves to feel represented.
I'm not running against the experienced candidates, because i cant. I'm running alongside them, offering something they can't:
A fresh voice, a healthy dose of self-awareness and a new perspective.
If you believe smaller regions deserve to be heard...
If you think the Secretariat could use someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously...
And if you would like to receive your complimentary pet penguin...
