This is due to a new company. The KRSC (Konid Republican State Corporation)
A radical idea where Jerry Smith himself owns the Corporation. And this has garnered a lot of public support. With trillions being invested into it as soon as it was officially entered into the Corporate Circle.
Already it has become the 6th most expensive company at 232 Trillion Hknoas. And Jerry Smith even higher in Net Worth.

With the KRSC building the Capital of Tommorow several other contracts have been awarded to the KRSC. With many other major corporations and smaller ones starting to get stakes in the company. Many of those who bought stock or stake in the company before the Capital Project have now turned into trillionaires. That they then used to invest elsewhere or back into the KRSC. With it being formed over 200 Trillion Hkonas of Services and Goods across the country. With this it has done 100 Trillion in consolidations.
Over 6k companies have now been absorbed into the KRSC. With a overall merger worth well over the planned 175 trillion.
It is now the 3rd most Profitable and Highest Valued in the Country. Granting Jerry Smith the 2nd richest Person in the country. As the first and 2nd are preparing for them to move down. But with the KRSC tons of companies across the country are investing like never before. And people in response have also started investing more. Granting more money to the average person
