As a train pulls into the The Ninth Army train station, an announcement is made.

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region The Ninth Army!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region The Ninth Army!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to [Insert next Featured Region].
