I read the first comments on the RMB of this region. It had a potential since the start.
I feel like all we need to set up is recruitment telegrams and embassies. It will give more attention to The Roman Empire and expand the empire.
It is obvious that The Tiber, our great emperor, is still active and is experienced enough to know how to grow the region.

Recruiting in this region is prohibited in accordance to the Edicts of Rome. Since we share embassies, I will only give you a warning.
And sure, this region may be quiet but as long as I am here, it's not dead, and if people want to come here and chill, that's their choice.
