A couple key members stepped away from NS and another region with many of this region's members opened up. Aura comes and goes, there will most likely be another revive at some point, just gotta wait for that

Main Story :

Viran took his strength to get behind the door. To his surprise, it was pure dark, you couldn't even see a single source of light. It didn't help that it was pure quiet too.
"Hello?" Asked Viran : "Is anyone here?"
Not too long after that, the lights went on. The room was pure white, so much so that with the lights on, it would make anyone blind for a good minute, which was the case for Viran. He let out a moan and covered his eyes.
"Like a child watching a movie in class" Said a mysterious voice, not too far away from Viran
Viran's vision began to turn back to normal. He could now see the room without pain. There weren't much to look at, aside from one portrait of Novo Boy and an operating table at the middle of the room. To the right side of the room, there was an office desk, probably for the surgeon, so Viran thought anyway. The chair was turned on the opposite side of Viran, meaning he couldn't see if someone was on that chair. He guessed not, since if someone were to be on it, he would see at least the head of the person.

"Once the movie ends, the teacher flips the switch and the whole class goes BUAH from the pain of the light. It's interesting to see this still happening to adults" said the mysterious person.
Viran could hear the voice coming from the chair, but again, how could someone be there? Perhaps the computer talks, like a Video call type of thing. He seen movies and video games have those types of things. *I hope Mr. House ain't the one operating me* Viran thought.

"Show yourself!" Shouted Viran "I want to see my surgeon, not hear him! Kind of a low ball to speak to me through a computer!"
It laughed. "Oh, but I am here!" Replied the voice. "You just haven't seen me yet"
"Where can you possibly be?"
"On the chair! Where else?"

Viran took a few steps towards the office desk to see this person. The chair turned and faced Viran. The young man couldn't believe his eyes. It wasn't a he, nor a she, but an "It" (OOC:insert Habs It gif). If someone were to ask how to describe "it", the best way would be to think of a teddy bear, but alive. Not human sized, but like any ordinary toy. However, "it" wasn't very cute, not all toys are made to be cute you know... The small teddy had half his face brown, which was his real color and the other half, made of what seemed to be metal. The fur of the teddy had missing pieces, like a toy that's been used for ages and be given to many generations in the family. His robotic side, if we can call it that, had an eyepatch on it, almost making you believe he was a pirate! Perhaps his eye was lost and this is to hide it. Viran examined closer to see if he talks with his mouth, or it comes from a speaker.

"Oh come now!" Answered the bear, you're looking at me like it's the first time you see a toy talk!"
The mouth was indeed moving, but Viran still believes this is not a real living thing.
"What are you?"

The bear jumped out of his seat, standing on the desk. He made eye contact with the man, thanks to the desk, giving him some height.
"How rude! Asking me What am I! What are you?!!"
"Sorry.. Well, let me start again. Who are you? What is your name?"
"My name is Mister Bobo!"

Viran couldn't help but laugh. The bear seemed more confused than mad this time. His index finger touched his mouth while he tilted his head a bit to the side, like a dog when it hears a sound he never heard of.
"What's so funny sir?" Asked the bear
"Sorry.. I just didn't think you'd also have a toyish name"
"Ah, well we are all toys when you think about it. Your parents named you Viran, you were their toy and now you're the toy of the government!"
Viran didn't know how to answer that. It felt both wrong and correct.
"Are you alive or are you a robot?"
The bear smiled at that question. Rarely he seen people that interested in him.
"I'm glad you asked! And so I shall give you my answer!"

The bear jumped back into his seat, gesturing the man to also take a seat, in which he did.
"I guess you can believe in what you want, because at the end of the day, what makes us real? If a robot isn't alive, because it doesn't have a heart, or brain, then no, I am not *real* as you say"
"So you are a robot?"
"You can say that, but I like to believe robots are something controlled, I am not. I have free will, I do my own things, I am not an object, least anymore. So in my eyes, I am real!"
"How did you, uh... Become real?"

The bear looked down, it almost looked like it wanted to cry, but couldn't
"Many years ago, I had a master. Her name was Sophie. She and I were best buds... So I been told. Anyway, around the time she was turning into a young adult, she implemented a camera into my left eye to spy on people. This was when I was being used by someone against my free will. The horrors I seen."
Viran tried to reach to touch the bear, perhaps to cheer it, but the bear started growling, making Viran back away.
"I then was sold to Frank, who then turned me into what I am now. I endured much pain, ohhh yes, the pain to lose my half self for independence."
"So you are what you are thanks to Frank"
"Correct"
"But are you really free then?"
"What?"
"Because... If you REALLY were free, why stick with Frank? Go live your own life"
"Easy to say" Answered the bear : "That's like throwing a baby into the streets and asking it to get a job. It's just not possible. How can society accept a teddy bear as their neighbor. Would you like your coffee served by a bear?"
"I'm sure the Arjut's wouldn't mind" laughed Viran
"What's an Arjut?" asked the bear, once again tilting his head
"Oh it's a slang for furries"
"Ahhh yes... I heard of them"
"Before we start..."
"Yes?"
"You said you had a camera for an eye... Do you... Still... Have it?"

The bear lifted the eyepatch that covered his left eye. It wasn't shaped like an eye, but was actually a big circle. The circle itself was pure black, but once he lifted the eyepatch, it turned red and glowed.
"Wow, that's amazing!" Said Viran : "You remind me of the terminator!"

If the bear could blush, it probably would right now. "Ohhh thank you!"

The bear then went off his chair and began to pull the chair to the operating table. Once it hit the table, he went on the chair, lifted the chair a bit higher to adjust just right for working on the brain. Viran went on the table. Took a deep breath, then went into position.

"I'm ready" Said Viran
The bear did not respond
"...Mr Bobo?"
"Oh sorry, I was... Thinking"
"Whenever you are ready, you can put me to sleep and then we finish this"
The bear once again didn't answer
"Mr Bobo, are you sure we can do this operation?"
"Sorry, sorry! Yes, yes!"

Mr Bobo went on to give general anesthesia to Viran and began to work on him.

The truth

Samuel just finished hanging out with his friend from school. He wished to hang around for longer, but he had other things to do.
"Ah come on Sammy!" said Lucy: "Can't I come inside and do my homework with you?"
Samuel shook his head : "No"
"Why not?!"
"Because, you only want to do it with me so you can copy it!"
"Isn't that what friends do?"
"I said no and that is final"

Lucy began to grunt in anger, but that did nothing, her friend's mind is made.
"Well, guess I can't fight a blockhead like you. Fine! You go do your stupid homework, I'll go to Alex's place then!"
"Fine by me"

Lucy left with her head high, while Samuel went inside, head low. Once he got it, he got greeted by his father.
"Evening champ! How was school?"
"Ehhh could be better, I had better days"
"But you also had worse days"
"True... Listen uh, dad, I got some homework to do and it's worth like 10% of my total grade. You think I can like..."
"Eat in your room?"

The boy felt shy to say yes, but he simply nodded. Justin took about 5 seconds to think.
"I'll tell you what. If you promise to bring back your plate downstairs and clean your plate and insert it into the dishwasher, I'll allow it"
"Thanks dad!"

Samuel went to the kitchen to get his plate and ran upstairs.
"No fair!" shouted Marianne, the younger sister : "You never give me the right to eat in my room!"
Justin went to sit next to her at the dinning room, as he began to be hungry too. "Well, last time we left you anything like that you made your room into a mess! I think last time it was spaghetti. Oh gosh I remember the sauce being everywhere"
"Yeah, but that was a mistake! I fell"
"Well fall here!"

Sophie, then entered the kitchen to get a plate, but she didn't went to greet the other two at the dinning table.
"Honey? Aren't you coming to eat?" Asked the husband
"Oh uh.. No, I will eat at the living room." Replied Sophie, in a don't bother me mood.
"Daddy, why is mommy mad?" Asked Marianne
"I don't know..." said Justin, but in reality, he thinks he knows why. This blackmailing thing that he doesn't know the full story.

Marianne finished her plate not too long after Sophie's arrival. She asked if she can now go upstairs, to which Justin agreed. She ran upstairs.
"Good night mom and dad" Shouted Marianne at the stairs
"Sleep tight my darling" Answered Justin. Sophie, stayed silent. This made Justin uncomfortable. He rarely seen his wife in such state, that even her children be ignored. He can understand he getting ignored, but them? He slowly entered the living room, to see a very, very tired woman. Her facial expression was almost as if she hasn't slept for days.
"What's wrong babe?"
"Everything"
"Is it about this thing we talked about at the office? I told you that it's not the end of the world!"
"It is!" shouted Sophie : "It is!"
Sophie tried to leave the room, but Justin held her arm.
"Let go of me!" Said Sophie, on the verge of hitting him
"Babe... Please, tell me everything... I want to know. I promise to help you"
She sighed and sat next to him. Justin gave her, her arm back.
"Ok... I'll tell you the truth, but I warn you, you won't like it and I'm afraid our relationship might be at risk"
"It can't be that bad!" scuffed Justin : "Tell me"
She began to lay down on the other side of the couch. She wished to lay on her husband, but the thought of what she has to say, might not be the best.
"I had an affair with Frank"
She looked at Justin to see his reaction. As expected, he had a shocked reaction, but said nothing. Not a word came out, either by shock or he was waiting to hear more of her confession.
"That affair was a few years ago. I... Don't know if it will reassure you, but it was. During our teen years, when you and I first dated. I.. Met Frank and, to save you the trouble, I gave him something special to me. I gave him a teddy bear and inside that bear was a camera. The reason I gave him that camera was due to me being paranoid of him. I was sure he would cheat on me with another girl, so I gave him something to spy."
"Sophie...."
"And when he found out about it, he... Well, I paid the price. He kept the bear and told me all the pictures and videos that were taken by me would be leaked if ever I were to defy him."
"But that was years ago, surely he doesn't have those anymore! You think a forty year old man would keep a teddy bear?"
"Yes and it's more than just a toy now"
"More than a... What?"

Sophie stood up as fast as a fly. "I already said too much, I can't say anything more. Look, I'm sorry you have to know about this. I cheated on you and I might be going to jail either way. If I don't listen to him, the leaks will make me guilty, if I do listen to him, I might get caught by the House and Senate and be investigated! I'm so sorry, it's all my fault!"

The man stood up to give her one big hug, which helped. So much so, she began to cry.
"Babe, I forgive you. Although I am mad you cheated on me, that was many years ago and we weren't even married. What I'm angry about really is you keeping secrets to me. Promise me to never keep a secret ever again"
Sophie looked at Justin's eyes, with watery eyes : "Ok... I-I promise"
They hugged once more.
"I will help you get your bear back and we will stop Frank's plan"
Sophie smiled, as if she began to feel hope again.
"Now, how about you and I go into our room?"
"Ohhh, and do what ?" Asked Sophie in a flirting tone
"Watch me play Victoria II !"
Sophie gently slapped Justin's shoulder : "Ew! That's like nerd stuff! Only boring people play this game! That's like the type of game you'd see a Belgian play for 342 hours and call it the game of the year"
"Ouch babe... Ouch... Then how about we play something else?"
"I'm only kidding babe! I'll happily watch you play Victoria II, but I mean it when I say it's for nerd, but you are my nerd, you are my Seth Cohen"
"Oh babe, when you give me 00's reference, you know it makes me love you even more"

Both giggled and went to their room.
