The Martial government has failed to use its decree's to deal with the election crisis and has instead chosen to sink its teeth on power.
It is clear a new election is not necessary, and that filtering out non-WA voters is the optimal solution to reach political honesty at this moment, according to the éthos of our electoral system (which, might I remind you, I wrote - no one better to explain what it means or how to enforce it).
I am calling now for the president to further resign, and as Premier recognising an unlawful state of affairs.
Please endorse the rightfully elected Prime Minister, Jamalito, who received (or I think he did, I can't check, since I have been couped from the Premier's office) the majority vote, and for him to restore lawful order to this Council.
Furthermore, in turn, I beseech all members of the region to remove their endorsement of the illegitimate president 
West Nichibotsu who now occupies unlawfully the WA Delegacy. The president has been unfaithful to his duties in being precisely the force against the instability that changing the WA Delegate entails, so it is necessary now to re-establish that position.
