Inquiries regarding foreign affairs and embassy policy should be directed to the High Overseer, Moukden and Kirin.

The Frontierist Republic requires all foreign representatives intending to request an embassy to join the regional Discord for preliminary screening and inspection. The High Overseer will review each application and engage in direct communication with the ambassador before granting approval.

By the Constitution of the Frontierist Republic of Talonia, the High Overseer is authorized to accept embassy requests from regions on the condition that they fulfill the majority of the following criteria:

• The region is not solely dedicated to embassy collection.

• The region is not solely dedicated to R/D gameplay.

• The region is not a puppet storage.

• The region is not a joke or gimmick region.

• The region has more than 50 nations or more than 15 World Assembly member nations.

• The region maintains an offsite communication platform, preferably Discord.

• The region demonstrates no history of misconduct under the current administration.

• The region has no relations or embassies with problematic regions.

• The region has a functioning governing body.

• The region maintains consistent activity on its regional message board or Discord.

• The region does not contain any NSFW material (pornography, gore, R-rated content, etc.).

• The region does not promote discrimination against any demographic group.

• The region does not promote extreme ideologies (e.g., Fascism).

• The region does not associate itself with regions that promote discrimination or extreme ideologies.
  

The High Overseer reserves the right to accept or deny any embassy requests without further clarification.

Embassy regions of Talonia are expected to appoint an ambassador to Talonia through the regional Discord server. The ambassador shall be assigned to the embassy row, where they will provide updates and notices concerning relations between Talonia and their home region. During their tenure, ambassadors are required to comply with Talonia’s Discord server guidelines and Discord’s terms of service, with their home region shall be held accountable for any violations.

Regions that have consistently maintained good relations with Talonia may be exempted from the above requirements.

Inquiries regarding ongoing diplomatic missions should be directed to the Overseer of Peace, Askrieg, or the High Overseer, Moukden and Kirin.
