As a train pulls into the Mata Utu train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Mata Utu Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is The Featured Region Express to [Insert next Featured Region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train."
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Mata Utu!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Mata Utu!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.

A small rocket is found by a telescope, flying high over the sky of Mata Utu. A few minutes later, the second stage is detached, burning up in the athmosphere, the little scraps left of it land back on earth, forming a message that seemingly says ''Congratulations on being featured!''

Heavy steam starts pouring, the lights blink, and train conductor Cornelius Steamworth sticks his head out and yells, "Congratulations on being featured Mata Utu!"
