It has poor definitions at the very bloody least, and that's enough for me, seeing as there is exactly one economically viable and 2 scientifically possible ways to get energy in a way that could fall under "nuclear", and if you sum up the concepts in both there's like 6 of them. The author should know better!

Vote for repealing the commendation. What was stated there about them is the reason.
Alas, vote against the missing persons coordination act. It would require all of us to consider anyone whose whereabouts are unknown as missing, and to do many things regarding such people. In practice it would strain our budgets, it goes against the laws of most countries which require a person be missing for a set period of time before being declared as such, and in theory one could say everyone in the country except himself and the clerks are missing, and make us write records. Such a thing could not happen in any way under current law.
I received a telegram promoting this resolution, and it said only that kidnapping and missing people are a thing we shouldn't have, to summarize. The only secretary that has written on this thus far is merethin, and they pointed out that article 8 can be summarized as "This resolution promotes working together on the issue it pertains to" ( so, without any actual actions to be taken based on the contents of the article ).
While the average income in this fine nation during my reign increased by 2,8 times, the average disposable income fell by 1/3.
Repeal "Liberate Empires Forever United" is a good resolution. Vote yes.
I mean, I do not know history of each region, and people are keen on it, and in the telegram I got, they gave good reasons, such as: that stuff is not necessary since a few years back.
Disability Assistance Law is a bad resolution. Its form is untraditional!
To be serious, though: Some things it proposes would be expensive to implement, such as creating entire schools for people with (presumably only for them ) ADHD. Others can change nothing at all, such as "putting braile on every important"... piece of writing, I don't remember what it was exactly. All of the things in the resolutions are it's applications, and you cannot list all of them, and technically, with how the resolution is written, you cannot really be sure that an interpretation is right or not, which in court would delay a lot.
I believe the secretaries think the same as I do on this one, so read their texts if you wonder what's wrong with this resolution.
Also, it would seem that autism and adhd are practically the only disabilited mentioned in this, and that's just... real bad

It is already expected government things are available to all - that includes wording. Simple wording for invoices an etc etc. most likely is meant to make sure there aren't multiple ways to interpret something, which for some people with i believe autism causes problems, but because of the wording and lack of stated intention of the whole paragraph we cannot be sure; this part is another about people with autism or adhd, and that is again, real bad
