Hello everyone! I came back today after hearing about that data breach fiasco (in a super weird coincidence I was reminiscing on my time here, discussing this website with someone, and decided to check what's happening and saw this go down) but I don't plan on staying. I changed my password and claimed that special badge. I've definitely lost a lot of my interest and passion for this game, though I do still regret not finishing that Comprehensive History of Eastern Europe project I was working on. A lot of my saved conversations, screenshots, and other archival got lost on an old phone I don't have anymore, and I really don't recall the history as well as I used to, so I don't think I'll ever come around to finishing it now. And, wow, from the looks of it one would assumed I put in no work into it at all. But no, I just never congregated and narrated the info I gathered.
Okay, tangent aside, not sure what I am getting at here. Anyways, not hacked. Hello! If I had my energy, motivation, and vigor back again, I'd love to try and work on this region again. Maybe in the far off future? (no promises!)
Welcome back to our erstwhile veteran Delegate, for however long this return may last. If you do ever find the motivation to continue acting as EE historian whether in the near, medium, or distant future, I will gladly oblige in your research with increasingly grainy memories going back to the absolute earliest days of the pre-Founder-era. Truly, the origins of Eastern Europe trace back to before the advent of history, and we are likewise certain to persist after its end.
Nationstates.net appears to have some security feature that has blocked the ability to view pages on the wayback machine. Very frustrating since I do recall that even though the snippets were sparse it was quite valuable in piecing things together. Images are still viewable so I thought I ought to get my old flag back, but it turns out the one I remember wasn't archived! Only the tiny icon seen on the boards was saved. I apparently had another flag that is archived, that I earnestly don't recall making, but the image looks very low quality.
Edit: It seems to be working now! phew, thought that would just all be gone

It's not really active at the moment, no. I've been wanting to work on revitalizing it sometime this year though
