🧾The issue on the table⚖️: Missing Persons Coordination Act (proposed by 
Northern Slatavia )
Dear citizens of Clio,
As your WA Delegate, I am asking every nation of our region to take part in the vote on the World Assembly resolution that is currently at vote.
What is it about?
The resolution requires WA member states to keep records of reported missing persons and to set up procedures for spotting unusual patterns in disappearances, since a sudden spike or a targeted group can be a warning sign of mass atrocities. It encourages the sharing of identifying data (such as DNA profiles, fingerprints and photos) with proper privacy safeguards, and it calls on states to keep relatives informed and to cooperate in locating missing persons. It does not force anyone to reveal classified information or to open an investigation in every single case.
Our involvement
While the proposal was still in the drafting phase, its author, Northern Slatavia, asked us to support it, and we did.
How should we vote?
Before anyone votes FOR or AGAINST, I recommend that we vote collectively, so that Clio speaks with one voice. Please cast your vote in the poll currently running in our region to decide which direction we take together, and then vote in the WA accordingly.

Diplomatic relations and embassies with Transylvania, Hungary, Imperium of Austria Hungary and Romania
Dear citizens of Clio,
As your WA Delegate, I would like to strengthen our region's place in the international community. I therefore propose that we establish diplomatic relations and build embassies with the four regions listed above.
When and how will we vote?
The poll on this matter will open in 12 hours, as soon as our current poll expires. A vote FOR means that we accept all four regions. If the proposal is rejected, we will discuss later which regions could be considered and which could not.
Until then, please make sure you have cast your vote in the current poll. Once the new one opens, I kindly ask everyone to take part. Every voice counts!

Varnesk has arrived.
We are a nation built around the belief that a country should serve its people before serving the interests of the few. We value unity, discipline, social equality, national independence, and the strength of the working population. We believe every citizen should have a meaningful role in building the nation, and that progress comes through cooperation rather than division.
Varnesk is still young, and our story is only beginning. We joined Clio because we believe nations can remain independent while still cooperating, trading ideas, and standing together when it matters.
We look forward to meeting the nations of Clio, contributing to the region, and seeing what we can build together.
A message from the Regional Officers
Fellow citizens of Clio,
Following consultations with the representative of Imperial Remnant, the Regional Officers have reached a decision regarding our region's place in the coming conflict.
We have concluded that, in every respect, Clio is better served by joining the Imperial Starfleet, the faction led by our new partners, than by standing alone.
A full dispatch explaining the reasoning behind this decision has been published and pinned to the Regional Message Board. We encourage every nation to read it.
This is a moment for unity. We ask that every nation in Clio join the Imperial Starfleet in the name of the region, and in the name of the friendship we have built with our allies.
