As a band of about 100 horsemen begin riding towards you, the horses begin to slow down. Eventually, they horsemen seem to hop off them in chorus.
The tallest comes out from the crowd, tilting his hat forwards slightly. He begins to introduce himself. 'Hey, there! Name's Lawrence. You're, um, ah yes! You're a resident of Freedom Front! I heard your Region was featured in the newspapers. Good luck, and happy featuredness!' The rest of the crowd begins cheering.
Soon, the group hops back on their horses, and begin to ride away into the distance. One of them throws confetti in the air, and you notice that, when it falls to the ground, it seems to spell:

It's not long before the horses galloping away and the people on them turn into a silhouette, and then disappear as they ride down the hill in front of them.

As a train pulls into the Freedom Front train station, an announcement is made.

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Freedom Front!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Freedom Front!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to [Insert next Featured Region].
Region Score (What Class would I let the residents of this region sit in on the train, based on the region score the region gets): Premium Coach Class: Semi-dead region, region with some activity, embassy active region, your average ancient lands associated region, this is the region's 2nd time being featured, or I like the region.
