Though it is not mandatory to use, it is highly encouraged as it makes trade between neighboring nations quicker and easier. Some notable features of the region would be the relatively high political freedoms and civil rights.

-Can join whether you care about doing role-play or not. You don't have to do anything while in the region.
-Would prefer democratic nations, but not required.
-Encourage changing personal currency to veran to go along with the name of the region, but not mandatory.
-Encourage giving your country medium-high political and civil rights.
