Given their proximity to the Crown Colony of Vandellia, His Majesty's Government has seen fit to appoint Ambassadors to the realms of Bodanwald and 
Maplebrook.
The new Ambassador to Bodanwald is William Bordon, Baron of Perlay (Lord Perlay)
The new Ambassador to Maplebrook is John Barrender, Baron of Crofton (Lord Crofton)
These men shall operate with full plenipotentiary authority on behalf of His Majesty and the United Kingdom in all matters of diplomacy, and shall henceforth serve as His Majesty's representative in all negotiations, correspondence, and other intercourse between the United Kingdom and the respective government to which they are appointed. They shall make regular reports to Foreign Secretary Charles Rochester, the Earl of Avon.

To reciprocate the gesture and encourage good relations with the United Kingdom of Gristol and Morley, we will assign Leopold Wulfric, Gutsherr of Mittfurt, as plenipotentiary Bodanwalder ambassador in Baleton.

I come to you to inform the United Kingdom's Government of His Excellency's desire to cooperate over the unending Wittenau threat, which is harming trade routes along the Gulf of Karkann and beyond.
While we hoped for a diplomatic de-escalation, too much time has passed and the damage to the regional economy has been too grave. Now that our fleet has been completed, the time has come to put an end to the crisis with whatever means necessary. Concerns about tribal uprisings in response to hostile action against the Burgrave have kept His Excellency and the Chamber uncertain about the correct course of action. However, since we believe that ending the blockade over Zora is a goal shared with your prestigious nation, we hope to gain your support in the action that might be taken in the near future. With that, we believe that success is at hand.
His Excellency, the Admiralty, and the Army leadership believe that some pressure from Vandellia could be enough to deter the Tibidoi tribes from an offensive over the Wygensee corridor in Bodanwald, forcing them to limit their action to acts of piracy in the vicinity of the strait. This way, the Bodanwalder forces could focus on the delicate border with the Vasti tribes in the southwest, and our ships together could vanquish Wittenau's fleet and bombard the city in a show of strength that could end Burgrave Dardan Davidovič's influence over the gulf.

Having received your message, and communicated with my Government at home, I am now at liberty to offer a response to the proposal which you have presented.
It is the likewise opinion of His Majesty's Government that Wittenau's intransigence and aggressive posture do pose a serious threat to the stability of the region. It is therefore the decision of the Government that we shall, indeed, cooperate with your government on this matter.
I can confide in you that the Governor-General of Vandellia has been authorized to raise provincial forces of sufficient strength to deter any hostile acts by the Tibidoi. Should the threat of force be insufficient persuasion, he has been directed to proceed into their lands and deliver a chastisement which shall impress upon their savage minds the wisdom of remaining peaceable.
Our squadron shall be directed to prepare for a combined action, in conjunction with your own vessels, for the purposes of ending this disruptive and hostile blockade and delivering such chastisement to the Burgrave of Wittenau as will be necessary to bring him to his senses.
