There are no constitutional protections for the power of the consuls. There is an unritten constitutional principle that granted me caretaker status once the membership of our proud region dwindled down. While I believe comrade Fairness and equality will act in the best intrests of the region, I decided that boarder control is best not given out, and I only keep it in accordance to my status as caretaker and as governor.
