A small rocket is found by a telescope, flying high over the sky of Maebashi. A few minutes later, the second stage is detached, burning up in the athmosphere, the little scraps left of it land back on earth, forming a message that seemingly says ''Congratulations on being featured!''

As a train pulls into the Maebashi train station, an announcement is made.
*Now arriving at Maebashi station on Track 1, is The Featured Region Express to [Insert next Featured Region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train.*
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Maebashi!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region [region]]Maebashi[/region]!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to [Insert next Featured Region].
