A NEW GAMEPLAY IN KELIOS AND ONLY FOR THE KELIOS REGION!!!!!!!!!!!
READ AND REGISTER FOR THIS FOOTBALL EVENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelios Football Federation Cup(KFFC)

1. What is the Kelios Cup?

This is the Regional Cup fot Nations from Kelios. All countries in the Kelios region are eligible to participate.

2. Plans

The plan for the cup is very simple, but it is more fragmented, but only if there are more than 30 participants.:

(By groups for the cup)

Group:

1. Qualified

2. Qualified

3. Intermediate matches

4. Eliminated

First qualifiers for the cup Second qualifiers for the cup

(Intermediate matches are played for the possibility of qualification)

(By groups during the championship)

Group:

1. Qualified

2. Qualified

3. Eliminated

4. Eliminated

- First qualifiers

(Next matches)

Depending on how many countries will participate in the cup:

First matches

Second matches

(Etc.)

Eight-finals

Quarter-finals

Third-place final

Final

Important!: This is just a plan for many more nations (+30), but the match calendar will be announced after the registration of the nations.

3. Who will be the host?

This is a question that has two answers depending on whether the other countries want it or not. The first host will be Tistan, because it organizes the first such event in the entire region. The next hosts will have to register and a draw will be made to determine the host country.

The criteria are:

- To have more than 5 stadiums. (If there are none, the other nations will serve with their own stadiums).

However, here it becomes mandatory:

- To organize the championship independently (With the help of Tystan and the Delegate of Kaelios)

- Logo, rules, registration, organization of matches and results

- IF the necessary criteria are not provided or there is no registration for the next host, the host will be given to the first host - Tystan.

4. Mechanism:

wheels of fortune will be used in everything:

1. For the structure

This wheel will determine the place of the countries in groups and for matches.

2. For minutes

For each match there will be a wheel that will determine after how many minutes an event will occur: 1;2;3;4;5
3. For the case

This wheel will determine what will happen in the event itself:

Counter attack - the case changes for the other team

Keeper

Goal

Post

Out

Penalty

Penalty foul - here there will be a wheel that will determine whether there is a penalty or not.

Foul

Goal or not?(VAR) - here it will be determined whether there is a goal or not CornerDefender

4. For Corner, Foul, Penalty, VAR

For Corner there will be several cases:

Defender

Corner

Penalty

Penalty(VAR)

Goal

Post

Keeper

Out

For foul there will be:

Goal

Keeper

Post

Out

Wall

For Penalty there will be:

Goal

Post

Out

Keeper

For VAR there will be:

Yes

No

5. For Goals, Fouls etc.

There will also be wheels for: Which players will have cards for a foul (if any). Who will score a goal. In what cases will there be fouls etc.

5. Registration

After you have read everything and are familiar, now it's time to register for the championship.

What is needed?

- Be in the Kelios region

- Have a team and send it to Tystan via telegram

- Tell the team what their nicknames should be (For example: "Eagles", "Lions", "Tulips", etc.)

- No insults or threats in RMB

- And most importantly: Have fun! 😊

6. To 5. - What should the Team be like?

It should consist of more than 20 players:

Required:

- 1 goalkeeper

- Names of the players

The rest:

- 11 players in the starting team, the rest are reserves (at least 5). The positions are chosen by the participants.

- coach, manager, president, etc.

Is it difficult? No problem! Here is a template for teams:

Nation:
Nickname of Team:
Coach of Team:
Manager of Team:
Goalkeeper:
Defense:
Midfield:
Forward:
Substitutes:

8. What will be shown in all matches?

There will be a result, Incidents and what happened here, Teams of both teams, Cards, player substitutions and various others.

9. Prizes

The prize will be an automatic participation in the Bozarkian cup, because we work together with them.

10. The Final

The Final match will be described in more detail by Tystan commentators and analysts.

11. I HAVE QUESTIONS, TYSTAN!

No problem! If you have any questions, send a telegram to [nation]Tystan[nation] and we promise to answer you in time in the most detailed way!

12. Final Wishes

I wish luck to everyone who will be participating and I want this region to do something massive together as a region.

It’s kinda like the Bozarkian cup, but in Kelios. That sounds nice! I’ll still try to keep up to date with it

Why don't the delegate and the rest of the ruling coalition participate in a game in the region and only for the region? You want to revive the region, but you don't want to support an active player! Shame on the government in Kelios! Shame and disgrace on the delegate Heromerland!

This is the Kelios Cup, anyone who wants to can participate and show that they are more active than the delegate himself.

Changes in the market and in society
nº 1 of the Bozarkian Cup News

Of Chetlosvakcos
By: Norman Drweller | Made in: June 7th

Since the announcement of the Fourth Bozarkian Cup, which will take place in September, there has been a major shift in the markets and in the society of Chetlosvakcos itself. Stores, companies, branded products, and others related to various types are sponsoring this year's Bozarkian Cup.
In many stores, stickers and notebooks for the Bozarkian Cup are already being sold; others sell games, CDs, or other related items. The event, which aims to far surpass the record of the previous edition, is likely to be remembered in Chetlosvakcosian society as something ancient and almost sacred.
The previous edition invested over 1.4 trillion in infrastructure and 280 billion in prizes, with the winner at the time receiving over 58 billion. However, in this Cup, it is estimated that infrastructure investments will increase by more than 60% and the prize money for the Bozark Cup will double, potentially exceeding two trillion.
This edition is projected to have an average audience of over 64 billion viewers, It could gross $58 billion on its opening weekend and potentially surpass three digits in the Grand Finale. Making it one of the most viewed events in the Metaverse.
Corruption schemes against foreigners have begun in Tystan
nº 2 of the Bozarkian Cup

Of Tystan
By: [anonymous] | Made in: June 8th

Tickets for a seat at a stadium have become 40-80 thousand dollars. A public transport ticket from 4 dollars has become 120 dollars, and in some places it has reached 780 dollars.
A flight to Tystan has become from 1250$ to 23,000$ per person.
The Tystan government has not taken any measures, and protests have started in the squares to lower prices. So far, there have been no changes in prices, which continue to rise.

And because of leaked recordings between Filip Bobev and the head of the OCP, the Anti-Corruption Commission launched an investigation. Filip Bobev did not want to comment on the topic, and Raina Asenova proposed immunity for the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The MECH and TSP parties were against this, but the other parties: the Greens, Time for Change, TLP and Attack supported the law. Thus, 84 were against, and 116 were "for". The immunity bill was adopted.
The protests before the World Cup and rising prices became a fact.

The fall of Desz
nº 3 of the Bozarkian Cup News

Of Chetlosvakcos
By: anonymous | made in July 7th

Before the start of the Bozarkian Cup, we unfortunately received bad news about one of the host countries, specifically Desz. In the past week, the ancient nation has been embroiled in scandals and has been grappling with a widespread civil war that began last month.
One of the reasons for the civil war was the nation's entry into the Bozarkian Cup as a host nation. Due to the country's poor economic state and the recent inflation crises it has been experiencing since the beginning of the year, many took to the streets to protest for the nation's withdrawal from the World Cup. Desz's government gave no response, and suddenly hundreds of thousands armed themselves and went to the country's capital to force them to withdraw from the Bozarkian Cup.
All of this worsened in the last two weeks when, suddenly, Desz's government decided to react and ended up mobilizing part of the army to contain the enraged civilians. The result was even more brutal: large parts of the cities were destroyed, and the few that remained were severely damaged. The Desz civil war ended with the fragmentation of the Desz nation-state and with the death toll exceeding thousands. Today, the former country lies completely destroyed and desolate, engulfed in a sudden civil war stemming from the petty decision to join an event meant to bring peace to the nations.
The OCP sent billions in humanitarian aid during and after the war, and there were hopes that they would reunify as one once again, which has not yet happened. The event caused a stir throughout the Multiverse and even among the other host nations of the Cup. It got to the point where they asked the public for their opinion on their participation in the World Cup, which was relatively positive.
This event serves as a reminder that, even in the most pacifist situations, an unnecessary and irresponsible choice by a government can lead a nation to collapse in the short or long term.
Due to the fall of Desz, the Bozarkian Cup will have only 7 host countries and only 4 host regions. Europeasia will replace the remaining World Cup stadium.
It's a shame that nations like that disappear so quickly before the World Cup. For now, I can only be thankful that this didn't happen during the Bozarkian Cup.
Official registration for the Bozarkian Cup begins
nº 4 of the Bozarkian Cup News

Of Chetlosvakcos
By: Grayson Jeremy | Made in july 13

Between July 11th and July 12th, official registrations began for the Fourth Bozarkian Cup. With over a hundred vacancies available until September 10th, lasting approximately 2 months. During the first few days, more than 14 nations officially registered, bringing the total number of registered nations to 28.
This is a major milestone even for the Bozarkian Cups, as it demonstrates the interregional success of this major sporting event. In many places, there were celebrations, marches in the streets of their capitals, and even some wars that were taking place in the participating countries came to an end. Online searches for any topics or ideas related to the World Cup have increased tenfold, making it the most discussed subject on the internet this week.
Some have already created supercomputers to mathematically calculate the future chances of each team winning the Bozarkian Cup. Several sports games for the Bozarkian Cup have already been created, with the most famous of them reaching 100 million downloads in 2 weeks, a record never before seen in installed applications.
Experts suggest that, based on previous events, the number of viewers watching the premiere of the Bozarkian Cup could exceed 30 billion.
"The Fourth Bozarkian Cup promises to be even bigger than the third, and we sincerely hope it surpasses our expectations. It truly is a great event that all of humanity wants to see every four years." Grayson completes.

1st place: Tystan's Selection
Points: 94,20

The current champion of the Third Bozarkian Cup and currently holds the title of "strongest team".Their defense and attack can be summed up in one word: perfect. Featuring the best players known to humankind, they are the favorites to win the Bozarkian Cup this year.
Starting their career in the 2nd Bozarkian Cup, they quickly became an excellent team and competed in the grand final of the Second Bozarkian Cup. Although they didn't win that time, they ended up winning the 3rd Bozarkian Cup.
Having an excellent campaign from start to finish in the Cup, Tystan defeated the legendary Homalia team, formerly considered the "strongest team" in history. They beat them in a penalty shootout, and have since been recognized as a legendary team.

2nd place: Homalia's Selection
Points: 93,30
The legendary national team of Homalia, once recognized as the "strongest team" in history, was also the champion of the first edition of the Bozarkian Cup.
The team specializes in attack, boasting excellent strikers, midfielders, and center forwards. Their defense is also outstanding, and they have the best goalkeeper of this generation of football. For a long time, this team was the greatest of all, until it was recently surpassed by the team mentioned above. During the Fourth Bozarkian Cup, she had an excellent campaign and went directly to the Grand Final, in which she faced the current "strongest team". After a thrilling match, they ended up drawing and the referee went straight to extra time with penalties. Although Homalia had an excellent performance on the field, the players were too tired and, in one of the last penalties that decided the outcome of the match, they ended up missing.
The match was widely recognized as the "match of the strongest" due to the skill level of each competitor.
Although Homalia has lost the title of "strongest" for the time being, she will have the chance to reclaim this title in this edition of... Homalia still remains a legendary team.
