When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region previously Zoom Vroom!
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region previously [region]Zoom Vroom/region]!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the Zoom Vroom station to the next station.
