oof, we got raided, but I don't need a region anyway
but for odd reasons, we got raided when we were not a frontier
We do, however, let some embassies close because we are seeing something suspicious here and I'm trying to track regions that do have embassies with us which causes the raid
How to avoid future raids:
Remove all removable powers from the delegate so the raiders can't do anything to the region! Your delegate having Executive gives raiders the ability to do a tag raid.
