i mean sure while technically laws can only be brought up by regional councillors, i think they are all dead so yeah just put your suggestion and well put it up to vote
1. First thing i think need to change is the first law in article 1. Bc u (Yoshilandia) and Ochotsk is kinda against the freedom of people.
2. Second thing is the second and third law in article 1. They both r against each others, bc we can't war without being hostile.

1.aint the law literally saying that we are trying to keep as many freedoms for the people as possible, so all are equal (oh yeah while Ochotsk is by far the oldest nation here, they are probably the most inactive in the region too... respect tho)
2. Well it is basically trying to say that we should try to remain as peaceful with each other as humanly possible. obviously in a war against each other they will be hostile but as said in 1.3 it can be possibe nonetheless.
most of this is pretty old stuff tho so if you got improvements pls write it and put it up to vote. personally i dont see a why cause of how inactive we are but it would still be good to clarify
