Changes are additional names of Silver and Gold Tribune for Associate and High Tribunes, and Clause 7 of Article E which is as follows;
7. The Regional Assembly may delegate to the Bullion Court, via legislation, the powers to enact and enforce a penal code for RGBN. These powers include, but are not limited to;
7.1 Establishing Definitions of Crimes and Civil Offences
7.2 Establishing Punishments
7.3 Prohibiting Punishments
Amendment to the Grand Constitution, Oct '26 has been seconded. Debate for the Resolution will begin on October 10th, 10:00 am EDT
