Observer: Region with low activity, has no major contribution that i can find to astronomy in general, hates Uranus or likes Jupiter.
Telescope: 2nd or 3rd time its been featured, semi-dead but not fully, has atleast something to contribute for Astronomy, football or chess.
Astronaut: Region with a activity, this is the region's 4th or more time being featured, or hates Jupiter.
Uranus Approved: Has done alot for astronomy, chess or football, 3 things i love, loves Uranus, or on a special day (Like my birthday, Brazilian independence day, Christmas, etc.)

As a train pulls into the Lasagna train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Lasagna Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is The Featured Region Express to [Insert next Featured Region.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train."
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Lasagna!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Lasagna!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.
Region Score (What Class would I let the residents of this region sit in on the train, based on the region score the region gets): Premium Coach Class: Semi-dead region, region with some activity, embassy active region, your average ancient lands associated region, this is the region's 2nd time being featured, or I like the region. Business Class: Region with a lot of activity, this is the region's 3rd time being featured, or I really like the region. First Class: Region with a ton of activity, this is the region's 4th or more time being featured, or I love this region so much, that if I weren't congratulating featured regions, I would most likely reside in that region for awhile, or make it my permanent region.
