It is with great honor that I announce the admission of the Japanese Empire into the Confederation of the Rhine.
Following discussions and mutual agreement between our governments, the Empire of 
Newest Japan has accepted the invitation to join this Confederation as a partner in cooperation, stability, and shared prosperity among sovereign nations.
This step marks the beginning of a new chapter in relations between the Confederation and the Japanese Empire. It strengthens our collective commitment to mutual support, diplomatic collaboration, and the preservation of peace and order among our states.
All member governments are hereby informed of this development and are invited to extend their recognition and welcome to the Japanese Empire as a new member of the Confederation of the Rhine.
