In the wake of the corruption of the MODs and the fall of the beloved Greek home region of Greece, I propose to you my brothers to form a new Pan-Hellenic Confederation. No region shall be its leader and all regions will be equals, together we shall launch off from the Greek Empire, we shall found a council region where representatives of each region shall meet to discuss matters of state and help form a hegemony in times of need and war. The regions shall be allowed to govern within their own borders but will be certain tasks to contribute to in order to help promote Greek independence, diplomacy, and expansion, via peaceful means, such tasks would be recruitment periods and troop contribution in times of defense of any Greek or independent region. Every member shall get in compensation security from the Confederation, a right to have a say as well as a vote in public policy and confederate elections, and a sharing of resources as well as recruits within the league.
