The Asian Parliament is the unicameral supreme legislative organ of the Council of Asia tasked with deliberations on proposed laws. The parliament is made up of 20 seats, with 16 seats for nations representing political parties and 4 seats for nations representing independently

The Speaker of Parliament is the presiding officer and chief administrator of the Asian Parliament, responsible for ensuring that all legislative processes are conducted in an orderly, transparent, and efficient manner. Elected at the beginning of each legislature, the Speaker oversees the progression of bills, manages voting procedures, and upholds parliamentary rules and timelines. In addition to their procedural role, the Speaker maintains a visible presence within the region and serves as the public face of Parliament by announcing developments on the Regional Message Board, including when bills enter voting, when polls are opened, and when votes are nearing closure.

Beyond presiding over proceedings, the Speaker may also fulfill the functions of the Clerk of Parliament, or supervise appointed deputies in carrying out administrative duties. These responsibilities include maintaining the party registry, organizing elections, publishing Standing Orders, managing voter rolls and candidate lists, and certifying official results.

The Asian Court of Appeals, commonly referred to as the Asian Court, is the judicial body of the Council of Asia, established to provide a structured, transparent, and impartial system for resolving serious regional disputes. As an independent institution administratively placed under the Ministry of Law, the Court serves as the region’s mechanism for ensuring due process, reviewing disciplinary actions, and upholding legal and constitutional integrity. Its jurisdiction includes appeals from banned or ejected nations, evidence-based proposals for disciplinary action, and broader legal or administrative disputes involving regional governance. However, the Court is explicitly limited in scope, it does not handle roleplay matters, political disagreements without legal basis, or legislative functions, and it does not possess executive enforcement authority such as issuing bans or ejections independently without proper hearing.

The Chief Justice, who simultaneously serves as the Minister of Law, is the head of the Asian Court and the central authority responsible for overseeing its operations, integrity, and procedural order. They preside over hearings, guide deliberations, and ensure that all cases are handled fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with established legal standards. In addition to their judicial role, the Chief Justice is tasked with recording and archiving all proceedings through official dispatches, maintaining transparency and legal precedent for the region. While they hold significant influence in directing the flow of cases and, when necessary, may act to advance proceedings or issue rulings in the absence of quorum, the Chief Justice remains bound by strict expectations of impartiality, accountability, and adherence to the limits of judicial authority, ensuring the Court operates as a fair and independent institution.

Below the Chief Justice are the Associate Justices and the Chief Prosecutor who serve as essential supporting pillars of the Asian Court, ensuring that its proceedings remain balanced, thorough, and impartial. Associate Justices are respected and neutral members of the region selected based on their conduct, activity, and trustworthiness, and they participate directly in reviewing evidence, deliberating on cases, and issuing judgments alongside the Chief Justice. To preserve judicial independence, they (with the exception of Chief Prosecutor) may not hold executive, legislative, or senior military positions and must recuse themselves in cases of conflict of interest. The Chief Prosecutor, by contrast, operates independently from the judicial panel and is responsible for presenting cases before the Court, organizing evidence, ensuring procedural flow, and representing the interests of the region. While the Prosecutor plays a critical role in building and advancing cases, they do not participate in deliberations or verdicts, maintaining a clear separation between advocacy and judgment within the Court system.

The Roleplay Committee is a governmental-supported independent agency within the Council of Asia, established to manage, develop, and oversee the region’s roleplay affairs. It operates autonomously from the Ministry of Culture and is tasked with ensuring that the roleplay remains structured, engaging, and compliant with regional regulations. The Committee serves as both an administrative and enforcement body of the Roleplay

The Committee is led by the Head of the Roleplay Committee, who is responsible for appointing its members through an application process. These members include Roleplay Moderators, the Roleplay Cartographer, and Roleplay Mentors with each fulfilling a function in maintaining the region’s roleplay system.

The Central Bank of Asia is an independent institution and regional monetary authority tasked with safeguarding and maintaining the collective economic integrity Council of Asia. Although it maintains a close organizational attachment to the Office of the Presidency, it operates as an autonomous and independent body to ensure its financial decisions remain objective. The formal framework and legal mandate governing its setup are established through a specific law that provides for the charter of the Central Bank.

The Central Bank possesses the general authority to formulate and prescribe policies and programs that regulate the money, banking, and credit systems across the region. Additionally, it directly supervises the regional mint to manage money creation (in a form of cards). To handle its day-to-day management and operational structure, the bank has the authority to adopt its own internal policies and governance rules. Governance of the institution is placed in the hands of the Board of Governors, whose total membership numbers and term lengths are determined by regional law Individual members of this governing board are appointed by the President, and receiving advice from the Cabinet and consent from Parliament. From within their own ranks, the members of the Board elect the Chair of the CBA of the Asian Central Bank who serves as the ceremonial figurehead leading the board, and then the Chair appoints the Secretary of the Asian Bank
