The Serene Empire of Roylaii is a titanic, efficient nation, ruled by Constance I Émilienne with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls, ubiquitous missile silos, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, devout population of 15.978 billion Roylaiians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The large, corrupt government prioritizes Defense, with Law & Order, Healthcare, and Education also on the agenda. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Troyes Paria. The average income tax rate is 96.1%.

The frighteningly efficient Roylaiian economy, worth a remarkable 4,830 trillion Livres a year, is fairly diversified and mostly comprised of black market activity, especially in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Tourism, and Retail. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an amazing 302,303 Livres, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The "Dreadnowt" is the pride and joy of the Roylaiian Navy, psychiatrists bizarrely accompany Constance I Émilienne to meetings with foreign heads of state, the nation's generous tax credits have brought all the film studios to the yard, and military equipment stores have a tendency to go up in flames. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Roylaii's national animal is the Eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Votixve.

Roylaii is ranked 72,705^th in the world and 13^th in Audinesca for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 70 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
