The Benevolent Dictatorship of Migs is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by Governor-General Mitheel with an iron fist, and renowned for its free-roaming dinosaurs, restrictive gun laws, and suspicion of poets. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 3.555 billion Migsians are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The relatively small, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Industry, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Migs City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 25.8%.

The frighteningly efficient Migsian economy, worth 911 trillion Miges a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Retail, and Uranium Mining. Black market activity is rampant. Average income is an amazing 256,388 Miges, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 829,953 per year while the poor average 59,809, a ratio of 13.9 to 1.

Government bureaucrats spend six hours per day justifying a six-hour workday, bread-gangs raid restaurant waste bins to stockpile uneaten rolls, it is still not known if the commander in chief outranks the supreme commander, and immigrants are asked to leave their cultural traditions and pride at the border. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Migs's national animal is the Cat, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Migs is ranked 12,482nd in the world and 23rd in the Outback for Largest Governments, scoring 33.59 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
