The Stellar Realms of Elyreia is a titanic, efficient nation, ruled by Aelune Starwhisper with an even hand, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls, keen interest in outer space, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate population of 17.748 billion Elyreians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Artelamena. The average income tax rate is 98.8%.

The frighteningly efficient Elyreian economy, worth a remarkable 4,223 trillion eldins a year, is quite specialized and mostly made up of the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, and Book Publishing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an amazing 237,997 eldins, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The real art was the AI friends we made along the way, fidgety cubicle workers play with their balls, civil engineers are undermining sinkholes, and it's a jungle out there. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Elyreia's national animal is the aquavulpe, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Kosyr.
