Welcome to the United Soviet States of Novaya! The USSN consists mainly of Communist governments, with the exception of the satellite state of Volkovya and Serestotzka, which is Democratic and Socialist. However, all USSN nations, and even the president of Volkovya, remain under authority of General-Dictator Fritz Schwarz, who controls all our territory at the highest level.
