You should remove powers from your WA Delegate. At a minimum, remove executive power, but many nations remove everything but World Assembly authority. Also, you should send the new embassy invitation in case our founder is occupied elsewhere.
Agreed, having too much powers on the WA delegate makes regions open to trouble
Also, if the founder leaves the region for any reason, a password should be imposed. Otherwise, the founder’s absence will return executive power to the WA Delegate, and raiders will be again be temped to cause mischief.
