I have no clue what Nekomimi is, but "neko" itself is an outdated term in my region. It's used offensively and inoffensively.

Neki is straight up a slur.

Alcatus is what they're relatively called.

Nonite exists for any non-human sapient.

Question.

How well known .are the Vanguard and other antinonite groups outside of the Humanist State?

AuthRight Authoritarianism wrote:"Hello Oaks. Dange. Dagsett, I am pleased to meet you. Please, call me Andrew." Kowalski says with another bow.

"Your Holiness, it is nice seeing you again."

"I have been alright" Kahane answered, half-lying

"Hope all has been well with you."

. . . oh, yes. Snow says, deadpan, after a couple seconds. Peachy. Smooth sailing all around.

They should be as easy as a google search on Valsora.

Unlike in the previous timeline, the Humanist State has actively embraced the internet as a means of surveillance and radicalization.

“Torch please”

“Here you are”

They team looks around for signs of damage and as they go deeper into the ship they find a sealed bulkhead and the debate whether or not to open it

On the other side Chorzawski and some other members on the Unia’s damage control team are sitting atop large crates to stay out of the flood water

“Wonder if anyone even knows we’re here” a man asks Chorzawski

Chorzawski replies to the man, "They probably don't know, yet, however we should keep working for now. If we don't this ship might just sink, and considering it's attached to another ship, the K.N.S Seawater, it won't just kill us and some other random crewmembers who are unfortunately stuck, it'll probably drag down and bring the Seawater with it."

The man: "A, yes, sir, you're correct. Let's continue working on keeping this ship up and above the water as much as possible."
They then grab their tools and continue to weld and seal the hole that is still in the ship, while also trying to fix the water pumps so that the ship can slowly begin rise back out of the sea as it drains the water that has already entered.

you know the game facade?

i got the good ending only using the lyrics of aaron burr, sir

Commies are cringe but less cringe than Fascists.

Funny.

I'm saying fvck that in this story. Communists (Marxist-Leninists and their variety) are every bit as evil as Fascists for inducing the same cult mentality.

Well, not . . . questions, exactly, but we would like to make sure that everyone is chasing the same rabbit, so to speak. Oak steps forward a bit as he speaks; his wings refuse to quite stay folded. In the early afternoon of January 13, 2034, the death of Alexander Rasande, a leader of an ethnic Vikonnan community, was reported. Rasande, about 35, was a worker at a state-owned company during the Bright administration, but lost his wife after the disaster of the island. Then the company where he works was sold to an Atrochan settler, and the new owner imposed new labor rules.

Rasande and a group of workers unhappy with the new labour regulations decided to create the Society of Vikonnan Workers, to defend their rights. However, complaints of labor disputes were not sent to the Atrocha government, but to the Vikonna Island Company, which dismissed the case. Considerably annoyed, also by the change of names, the banning of Vikonnan as an official language and the high prices, Rasande began to recite speeches in the city of Ajenjo against the measures taken in the new territory of Atrocha.

Singled out as a "motivator of violent incidents" by the Company, Rasande had planned to go to the territory's capital city, Ribera, to spread the Society's ideas. However, in the middle of the town square, a hooded man killed him with a pistol, killing Rasande with three shots. He reportedly still had vital signs after the shooting, but because the hospital in Santa Isabel del Brom was far north, he died on the way. There are no reports that the killer has been arrested.

The Vikonnan Workers' Society claimed to be mourning the murder, while holding the Company responsible for the crime. More "violent incidents" are recorded in Ribera and Ajenjo, while the company says it is dealing with a "vandalism gang" that takes refuge in the Malorte Mountain Range. The Captaincy General of Joné has occupied Torremaría, and has asked the General Staff for a direct intervention in Vikonna.

Oh also, Atrocha, I think we’ve talked about this before but do we have a term for “Hispanic” people yet? Is it just Altusian? I figured I’d ask you but there’s other people I can ask.

I’m planning to portray communists and fascists as the two sides of the same coin with the Foundations of Federation series

They are direct opposites but they are so similar in some of their methods and I plan to portray them as such

No, its stability is well despite its opponents. Its neighbors understand it's up to them to bring it down.

Name of your state: The Index

What NS account will you use: Peatiktist probably

Government type: Machine Intelligence

Religion: Religion is illogical

Species: Machina

Name of Capital system: 0.0.0

Map of your state: https://i.imgur.com/bA1AnkD.png

What flag will your state use: https://i.imgur.com/L4VD05b.jpg
(I definitely didn't steal this flag from the internet and recolor it, shush)

Brief lore: Perhaps The Index was an ancient project of The First Ones. Perhaps it was instead a derivative of a lost colony of Sol, or of some other empire forgotten to history. Regardless of who their creators are, The Index exists regardless.

The Magna Archivum was likely once meant to a giant collection of sorts, though much of the infrastructure has long since decayed. As for what information it was meant to collect, The Index would tell you it was meant to be a repository for all information related to organic life. This is their primary purpose; To rebuild the Archivum and collect data on all forms of organic life in this galaxy.

Preservation of all sapient species is preferable. But organics are an illogical sort. They often act unreasonably, forsaking sensibility entirely. Identifying what causes this illogical behavior and "fixing" it is a tertiary goal. But so long as the archives are expanded and the Organics cooperate, ensuring their continued survival is negotiable.
Such is as logic dictates. Completion of the databanks is all that truly matters.

----------

Name of Capital Planet: Magna Archivum

The names of the other systems you control: 1.0.4 , 2.6.8

Stance on foreign life and nations: Organics must cooperate. Collection of data for the archives is non-negotiable.
Should they comply, "diplomacy" is the logical option. Should they resist, the loss of a few million of their kind is an acceptable result.

Greater Rostoria, here's your ping. Tell me if you need to know anything else, or if I need to change something.

"Eh, ok"

Continent name origins

Yastreovakia - Nova-Columbia
Orientalis - Libertanny
Nonscio - Sarkis
Araseos - Volkstokn

Other fun facts:

  • The name "Nonscio" was suggested because Serge requested everyone name a continent and Sarkis didn't have any ideas, so he suggested Nonscio, which is Latin for "I have no idea".

  • Misspellings of Yastreovakia date back to the founding of the map, when Lib first drew the map and wrote it as "Yasterovakia" and then proceeded to keep spelling it as such in the Carto chat

  • Shinnokawa's islands PREDATED Valsora, and were ported over on request

  • In an early drawing, Serge also misspelt "Valsora", as "Volsora", leading me to wonder if he's Loop in disguise

  • The first ever update was August 5

That's a good question. Mainly because the Hispanic terms in Valsora were written in English, with a Spanish equivalence that is very difficult to do.

Making it clear that:
-Altusian is an inhabitant of the historical region of Altusia, of the Empire of Altusia and successors
-Sansierran is synonymous with Altusian, only more "republican"
-Sanctish is the spoken language (possibly translated as "santañol")

I think it would be best to adopt the spelling "Altusianic" as equivalent to "Hispanic". Example: Atrocha is an Altusianic country within Solitas.
